 | The Starz Club first started in 2007, but it was hard to keep it from falling to pieces. Four girls formed the club. At first, it started out great. We all had fun and we partied on each others' birthdays. Then it occured to us that the name 'Starz' wasn't such a good choice. For a long time, we were nameless. For a few months, we were dormant. Then, in January 2009, we started up again, deciding that no other name would fit but The Starz. What kept us together this time was, not the fact that we still couldn't visit each others' houses together, but that we wanted to help girls everywhere. Like all best friends, we've had our share of arguements, greif, and sometimes trauma. But we were strong, and our friendship survived. Thus, we wanted to help girls struggling through life as we were. |
